 Peach Berry Cobbler Yum – I improvised this when I didn’t have enough of any one fruit, but really had my heart set on a cobbler. I used fresh peaches and a frozen berry mix. The coconut and pecan in the dough makes for a delightfully surprising crunch. Mix together in 2 qt. flat glass baking dish: 
 Combine to consistency of coarse sand (using hands is best): 
 Blend in to “sand”: 
 Cover top of fruit with dough. Cook at 375º for about 45 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.  |
