I have put up two web sites for local organizations. Want to see them? The Gifted Education Cooperative and the HMS Instrumental Music program. I am still deaf in my left ear - want to know more about SHL? I have made some great strides in putting together my family tree. I have learned some fascinating things about my great great great grandparents, have found census listings and the like. I have connected with so many distant cousins, and have really enjoyed it! This tree needs updating, but here is my family in pictures. Yannis and I have been taking advantage of our relative freedom lately by spending lots of our time traveling! We've traveled to Alaska, Australia and South Africa. Have a look! We are currently planning our next adventure!We embark June of 2007, and you'll see it all here! I love my garden, although with all the traveling we've been doing, it has been mostly taking care of itself. I still love a good meal, but my family mostly likes macaroni and cheese and steamed broccoli. Sorry, those recipes aren't included in my list. (Isn't it interesting that we receive more hits on our web site originating with my Aunt Margaret's guacamole recipe than any other page?) I have promised my sister that I will try to maintain a lower profile in our community. So I laid low this year - I did not run for office, I did not leading any major referendum campaigns, I did not leading any community organizations and I only appeared in the newspaper twice!
